Whole 30 Tip // Hard Baked Eggs
Even on weeks I prep nothing, I ALWAYS make hard baked eggs- they are so easy, and such good quick grab n' go protein. @jennaskitchen
changed my boiling method last year and I haven't gone back! I place
the eggs individually into a cupcake tin, no water or anything needed!
Bake for 30 min at 325° and then put them immediately into a bowl of ice
water afterward. They don't stink up your house like boiling, AND they
peel off perfectly every time.
